Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard handling time for all items in stock is 1-3 days, in addition to the postal service's delivery time.
Most of our furniture is made to order and are subject to a certain delivery time. The estimated delivery time is stated in the product description for each product. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and that there may be further delays. If there is a significant delay for several weeks, you will be informed.
Once the order has been placed, Kollekted By will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.
Home delivery is curbside and must be collected at the front door of your building/home.
CHECKING THE DELIVERY / DAMAGED GOODS
After receiving the order we kindly ask you to investigate if the delivery is correct according to your order. If your item(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please send a photo of the damage, box, and item label along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. However, please note that many of our products are hand-made and therefore each possess unique characteristics.
Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability.
VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
Voucher codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional vouchers. Voucher codes are subject to expiration and are only applicable within the set date range. Vouchers can therefore not be applied to past or future orders that fall outside of the voucher’s valid dates. Promotions are not applicable on past orders.
DUTIES AND TAXES
No additional fees when shopping in Norway.
Kollekted By acts in accordance with the Norwegian guidelines and laws specified by the Norwgian Consumer Agency. This means that you can make a complaint on products for defects that occur within 2 years from the date of purchase. This does not include self-inflicted damage and/or wear and tear, lack of maintenance of the product, or normal wear and tear caused by use. In case of complaints, defects or missing deliveries, you can contact email@example.com. Kollekted By does not cover costs of complaints. Complaints should be in written form.
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after receiving the product. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you want to open a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
