When a product is in stock there will be information saying "Ready to ship" or "Only X in stock" right above the quantity selector. If there is no text with this information, the product is subject to delivery time. Please send an email to email@example.com for estimated delivery time.
When you order products that are not kept in stock, you have 24 hours from the time the order was placed by you to change your mind. If you do, we kindly ask you to inform us about this per email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as subject field before 24 hours have passed. Most of our furniture, lighting and larger products are not kept in stock, and we order them specifically for you. Please note that products that are not kept in stock are non-refundable, more information about this under Returns.
We will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent.
We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.
Home delivery is curbside and must be collected at the front door of your building/home.
Free shipping on all orders on small products in stock, exceeding 1000 kr. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard handling time for all items in stock is 1-3 days, in addition to the postal service's delivery time.
Most of our furniture is made to order and are subject to a certain delivery time. The estimated delivery time is stated in the product description for each product. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and that there may be further delays. If there is a significant delay for several weeks, you will be informed.
When you make a purchase from our online store, the distance law is applied. The distance law gives you, the customer, the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received it. However, please note that some of our products are excepted from the distance law, which means that they are non-refundable. Please read more below.
To send a return you need to make sure that
- The goods are unused and undamaged.
- The goods are packed in the original packaging, with all original tags.
- The goods are well packaged, as Kollekted by is not responsible for any damage in the return shipment.
You will receive your refund normally within 1-5 working days, and no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return.
When purchasing a product that is not in stock, custom made, ordered or otherwise, the distance law does not apply. This means that they are non-refundable.
This applies to most of our furniture, most of our lighting, and some of our carpets and mirrors. Please email us for further questions.
How to make a return

2. Pack the product(s) properly. Use the original product packaging and protective transport packaging.
3. We do not cover the return costs, and you are responsible for choosing secure return shipping.

We are based in Norway, and there are no additional fees when shopping in Norway. All prices include VAT.
After receiving the order we kindly ask you to investigate if the delivery is correct according to your order. If your item(s) appear to be damaged or have been broken during transportation, please send a photo of the damage, box, and item label along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. However, please note that many of our products are hand-made and therefore each possess unique characteristics.
Kollekted by will send a pre-stamped return note so that you can send the item back to us. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. If the solution is instead a refund of the sale, the money will be returned to your account when the complaint has been approved.
Complaints about items purchased in one of our physical stores work in the same way, except you deliver the item in the physical store and report the complaint to one of our employees there.
Voucher codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional vouchers. Voucher codes are subject to expiration and are only applicable within the set date range. Vouchers can therefore not be applied to past or future orders that fall outside of the voucher’s valid dates. Promotions are not applicable on past orders.
