Ajour is a biannual magazine focusing on personal style, home décor, and smart consumption. Each issue features conversations with wise and experienced people, exploring questions about life choices, relationships, timeless design, and the stories objects and clothes tell about us. Editors Hélène Andersen and Kristin Valla, both veterans in Norwegian media and culture, founded their company Andersen & Valla in 2015 after meeting by chance in Paris. With extensive experience producing content for prominent cultural institutions, they have long dreamed of creating a magazine of their own—Ajour is the realization of that vision.
